Assistant Director, James McFadden connects with a myriad of organizations and students in Fort Wayne, Indiana and abroad through creation and implementation of multiple programs designed by MRC. He enjoys meeting the needs of specific young people by partnering with organizations such as FWCS, The Boys and Girls Club of Fort Wayne, the Fort Wayne Probation Dept, and Sonrisas Siempre Inc. James has dedicated his career to instilling the value of education and the importance of philanthropy to students of all races, creeds, and socio-economic backgrounds. 

About

Founder and Director, Cathy McFadden has been teaching and developing education programs for 36 years. MRC under her leadership has partnered with numerous school districts and organizations that have the opportunity to influence young people. She also serves in the FWCS District as a special education teacher working in an alternative setting. She has firsthand knowledge of the types of programs required for students, specifically for those who require a creative approach to education. Her passion is introducing the possibility to students that they can achieve, be successful, and be productive members of their community.

Director of Operations, Marie McFadden uses her organizational skills to design long term planning and programs. Marie has a background in Public Health and recently went on to receive her credentialing as a Certified Health Education Specialist as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She is dedicated to helping improve the lives of people in her community and abroad.  In addition, Marie has worked with MRC to offer education and self-help programs to the Women of Darfur and the Fort Wayne Probation Dept.  Sheplays an integral part in the reading program, Read a Book, Build a Library, which links local FWCSstudents with students in Honduras.
